This may be my new favorite blog. Look at this recipe for jicama "porridge" for a warm start to a cold morning. I'm gonna try it right now with apples rather than jicama because Monday is grocery day and I am down to the basics. I'll keep ya posted...

Time got away from me and I didn't get to it until lunch but that meant I got to do the "real" deal with jicama. I added tons of cinnamon and slivered almonds and raisins and almond milk and it was DELICIOUS!
